women's health PMS balance

How We Can Redefine Care for PMS?

As a man, my understanding of PMS was embarrassingly limited—until a conversation two weeks ago completely changed my perspective.

A female friend shared how, in her teenage years, PMS would wreck her every month.

She described the pain, the emotional rollercoasters, the struggle to even get through the simplest tasks. And then there’s society—a culture that glorifies toughness, that tells women to push through the pain, to be strong. When unbearable cramps clash with the need to perform, many turn to painkillers as the only solution.

But painkillers? They’re medication. And medication, as we all know, comes with its own set of long-term side effects.

I realized this isn’t just a problem—it’s a blind spot. One that we can and should do something about.

As I dug deeper, I learned that over 80% of women experience PMS symptoms of varying degrees. It’s not just physical discomfort; it’s a mental and emotional weight. Yet, so many products on the market offer either limited relief or fail to provide genuine, personalized care.

I’m not a doctor, and I’m not a woman. But I want to understand this problem at its core, to step into women’s shoes and see the world from their perspective. My hope is that Saply’s first product will make life a little easier—a product that not only supports women through these challenges but makes them feel seen and cared for.

We are working with PhDs and scientifically-backed laboratories, and we take this issue seriously. We understand that this isn't just a product—it represents support, understanding, and a future with greater gender balance.

But to truly get this right, we need your help. There’s nothing more valuable than the voice of the people we’re here to serve. Tell us about your needs, your pain points, and what you’re truly looking for in a solution.

To the daughters, wives, and mothers out there—and to the husbands, fathers, and partners standing beside them:

This isn’t just about creating a product; it’s about redefining women’s health. Help us take this first step.
